By accessing or using the Site, whether as a visitor, a prospective brand partner, or an athlete applying to join our roster, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

Eligibility

You are at least 18 years of age, or you are at least 13 years of age and are accessing the Site under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are under 18 and applying to join our roster, a parent or legal guardian must review and submit the application on your behalf.
Any information you submit to us is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Our Services

High V Management operates as a talent agency representing elite cheer athletes. We provide services including, but not limited to, negotiating brand deals, booking appearances, and managing influencer campaigns.

Please note: Using this Site, submitting an inquiry, or applying via our "Join Roster" form does not create an agency-client relationship. A formal relationship is only established upon the execution of a separate, written Representation Agreement signed by both you (or your legal guardian) and an authorized representative of High V Management.

Athlete Applications ("Join Roster")

Accuracy of Information: You confirm that all athletic, personal, and social media data provided is accurate and not misleading.
Use of Media: You grant us permission to review any photos, videos, or social media links you provide for the sole purpose of evaluating your potential fit for our agency.
No Guarantee of Representation: We review all applications but are under no obligation to offer representation to any applicant. Submission of an application does not guarantee a response or an offer of a contract.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, athlete photos, campaign case studies, website design, and software—is the property of High V Management or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use and User Conduct

Submitting false, inaccurate, or deceptive information.
Impersonating any person or entity, including an athlete, brand representative, or HVM employee.
Using the Site to harvest, collect, or store personal data about other users or our represented athletes.
Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the Site, including introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Site, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

Earnings and Results Disclaimer

No Guarantees: We do not make any guarantees regarding income, financial success, or the procurement of specific brand deals or appearances.
Individual Variables: An athlete's success depends on numerous factors outside our control, including market demand, individual effort, social media algorithms, geographic location, and brand budget fluctuations.
Past Performance: Any past results or campaign successes highlighted on our Site are not indicative of future results for any individual athlete.
